FAQ

How often should I change my filters?
  • Every home varies with the number of occupants, pets, allergies and the amount you run your system.
  • The best method, is to check them at a 60 day interval and evaluate how dirty they are.  As a rule 90-120 days is a safe bet.
  • However if you run your fan to circulate and filter air 24/7, monthly changes may be required.

How often should I have my system serviced?
If filter changes are kept regular, an annual service call is all you should ever need. Try and schedule your visit during a time of year where both furnace and AC can be checked at the same time.

Will programming my thermostat really save money?
Yes. There are a great deal of variables but the in the industry, 10 to 15% is common.
